My name is Erica. I am a poet hailing from South Central PA. My poetry is of the performance variety and is usually free verse. (That mean when you read it, you have to feel it out. Some parts are meant to go fast, some loud.)
I believe in a love that loves the unloving. I believe in grace, and forgiveness. I believe in second chances; and third, and fourth. I believe in healing. I believe there is no such thing as being too far gone. I believe you can always come back. I believe in One greater than myself. I believe He has a perfect plan in mind. I believe that even though I don’t have all the answers, and that I don’t know all the plans, that everything works out for the good. I believe in God. I believe in love. I believe in hope. And I believe in you. And I’m always willing to talk. And I’m always willing to listen. And I will always do so in love.
My beliefs are reflected in my writing. I’m not out to offend or condemn. I’m here to inspire hope. So if you have questions, ask them. If you have comments, say what you believe. But by no means should you attack or ridicule myself or anyone. I’m not out to argue religion or doctrine. In fact, arguing about it is against what I believe. My poetry is a sharing of my heart; so this site is essentially a sharing of my heart. I urge you to share yours through comments. Let’s build community.
